Terms of service

This translation is provided for convenience. The French version of these terms is the authoritative one and prevails in case of any discrepancy.

1. Purpose

ShopAudit provides an automated audit service for Shopify stores: SEO, performance, visual content and checkout-journey analysis, plus recommendations for improvement. By installing and using the app, you accept these terms.

2. Use of the service

• You must be the owner or an authorised administrator of the store being audited.
• You grant ShopAudit the permissions it needs (catalogue read, and write for the fixes you explicitly confirm).
• You undertake not to misuse the service (auditing third-party stores without authorisation, attempting to overload it, reverse engineering).

3. Recommendations and liability

Scores, diagnostics and recommendations are provided for guidance and rest in part on analysis by artificial intelligence. They are not a guarantee of commercial results. You remain solely responsible for the changes applied to your store. ShopAudit cannot be held liable for any loss of revenue, data or search ranking resulting from use of the service.

4. One-click fixes

Fixes applied through the Admin API (SEO metadata, alt text) are triggered by your explicit action and show a preview before being applied. You can review and change them at any time from your Shopify admin.

5. Availability

We strive to keep the service continuously available, without guaranteeing it. Interruptions may occur for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control.

6. Pricing

The service may offer a free plan and paid plans. Where applicable, billing is handled by Shopify's payment system (Shopify Billing). Pricing terms are shown before any subscription.

7. Termination

You can uninstall the app at any time from your Shopify admin. Uninstalling results in the deletion of your data in line with our privacy policy.
